SAME DAY SHIPPING: All in-stock orders placed before 11 A.M. (MST) ship the same day you order! Any in-stock orders placed after 11 A.M. (MST) will ship the next business day! All shipments are F.O.B. Nailfiles.com in Cedar City, UT. We do not pay for freight.

Your shipping/handling fee is determined by the parcel's weight and destination. Some orders are shipped in multiple parcels.

Please be aware that shipments via UPS are usually noticeably faster and are easily tracked online. In our experience, UPS has been very responsive should a package go astray. For most of their shipping options, UPS has a guaranteed delivery time. Shipments sent via US Postal Service (USPS) can take much longer to reach their destination and cannot be tracked.

F.O.B. Point: Full risk of loss and title passes to the customer upon delivery by Nailfiles.com of the merchandise to a carrier at the F.O.B. point, Cedar City, UT. Claims for loss or damage in shipment must be made directly to the carrier. This means that Nailfiles.com responsibility is limited to and ends when the transfer of goods is made to the freight carrier (e.g. UPS, Fed Ex, US postal, etc.)
